Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that align with client objectives. This role requires deep knowledge of architecture, modules, and best practices to drive digital transformation and enhance IT service management capabilities and client platform use.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools.
• Four or more years working with offshore teams to deliver solutions.
• Experience in large complex ERP deployment, preferred.
• Experience in a consulting environment, preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
• ITIL V3/V4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security and efficiency.
• Oversees onshore and offshore development teams for module implementations and integrations.
• Customizes and configures ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, including workflows, forms, and UIs.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices.
• Collaborates with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitors and optimizes performance of ServiceNow applications to ensure high availability.
• Maintains architecture documentation and provides training and support to users and IT staff.
• Escalates issues to senior management and provides status updates on implementation.
