Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation required.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools required.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes preferred.
• Experience in large complex ERP deployment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific needs.
