Job summary

Talent Groups in Dallas seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design scalable solutions and govern platform roadmaps. You will lead design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance practices, while delivering high-level designs and detailed documentation.

The role focuses on ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, MID Server, and leads integrations, data migrations, performance optimizations, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Governance.
• Knowledge of Service Portal / Employee Center, UI Builder.
• Proficient in Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions and define technical roadmaps.
• Lead design workshops, architecture reviews, and platform governance.
• Design WSD capabilities including Space, Reservations, Visitor and Workplace Case Management.
• Implement EAM solutions covering asset lifecycle, maintenance, work orders, inventory and vendors.
• Develop HLD/LLD, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead integrations, data migration, performance optimization, and platform upgrades.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and collaborate with enterprise architects and business teams.
