Job summary

Amazon Leo Production Operations is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a high-quality user experience and reliable service delivery across the organization.

This role requires hands-on expertise in incident, problem, change, asset, and configuration management, plus scripting with JavaScript and Glide to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/CE or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience implementing new modules with best practices.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Experience with API integrations (SOAP, REST, and JSON).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development for a team focused on security, scalability, and performance.
• Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform across Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.
• Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements; test and deploy new configurations.
• Develop scripts and business rules using JavaScript and Glide to automate processes.
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and end-user training to maximize platform efficiency.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor performance and services.
