Job summary

  • 5+ year Experience in ServiceNow implementation
  • Experience implementing new modules with best practices
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Jelly, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS frameworks
  • Experience with API integrations (SOAP, REST, and JSON)

Amazon Leo Production Operations team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience. As the ServiceNow Administrator, you’ll manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support, playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.

Key job responsibilities
  • Utilize knowledge of development and service delivery best practices to lead design and development efforts for a team with a security, scalability, and performance mindset
  • ServiceNow Platform Management: Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules, ensuring reliability and high performance.
  • Configuration & Development: Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements. Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations with third-party tools.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting tools to enhance process automation and simplify tasks.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support to ServiceNow users, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users to maximize platform efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and manage reports and dashboards, providing insights on platform performance, compliance, and service delivery metrics.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
