Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Proven experience building AI-powered workflows and agentic solutions.
Strong UI Builder expertise and client-side scripting.
Ability to design scalable, maintainable ServiceNow architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of advanced ServiceNow solutions with Agentic AI and automation.
Design, build, and customize complex user experiences using UI Builder.
Develop and implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.
Design and implement REST API integrations with external systems; ensure robust connectivity.
Provide technical guidance on architecture, standards, performance, and maintainability.
