About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer with deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development, Agentic AI, and UI Builder.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions, developing AI-powered workflows and intelligent agents, and building sophisticated user experiences using UI Builder.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role suited to a senior developer or technical consultant who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and demonstrate strong coding ability.

Candidates must be comfortable participating in a practical, coding-based technical interview, demonstrating their development skills through live coding and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of advanced ServiceNow solutions incorporating Agentic AI and AI-powered automation.
• Design, build, and customise complex user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Develop and implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation using relevant ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs and other relevant integration technologies.
• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow architecture, development standards, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables throughout the development lifecycle, from solution design through testing and deployment.
• Significant hands-on experience in senior-level ServiceNow development.
• Strong practical experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, including advanced page configuration, components, data resources, events, and client-side scripting.
• Demonstrable experience developing AI agents, Agentic AI solutions, or AI-driven workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering complex ServiceNow applications, integrations, and platform solutions.
• Strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to explain technical design decisions and demonstrate coding expertise in a live practical assessment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification — mandatory.
