Job summary

TechDigital Group in Florida seeks a Snow Admin and Automation Specialist Level 3 to manage complex Snow environments, lead L3 activities, and implement integrations. You will handle ITSM Pro modules, scripting tasks, and maintain custom UI and business rules, ensuring stable service delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with Flow Designer, midservers, LDAP, API connectors, and ITIL processes, with the ability to guide clients and teams during migrations and upgrades while supporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 12 yrs experience on Snow admin platform.
• 3-6 yrs experience in Snow development.
• Experience managing large customer instances and day-to-day L3 activities.
• Develop workflows and implement integrations.
• Experience upgrading versions and managing integrations.
• Hands-on scripting in ServiceNow; ITSM Pro modules experience.
• Proficient with ITSM Pro modules, virtual chat agent, service portals, API connectors.
• Knowledge of configurations, catalog items, troubleshooting flows.
• Experience with Flow Designer, MID Server, LDAP, and workflow fixes.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and license management.
• Experience leading platform migrations; team leadership is a plus.
• Graduate; fluent in English; able to support US hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead or actively participate in work-groups requiring specialized Snow expertise.
• Meet agreed turnaround times for deliverables and reviews.
• Articulate best practices and apply them in the Snow platform.
• Provide guidance on solutions lifecycle and design best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and structure data for deliverables.
