Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking an Asset Manager to lead Service Project Management and Warranty programs across the organization. You will manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely warranty claim execution and efficient service scope implementation, while maintaining contractual compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field (Engineering/Project Management/Contract Management/Supply Chain)
• 5+ years of experience in Energy Storage systems and/or Solar
• 3+ years in a project management role (OEM / energy storage / battery / system integrator)
• Knowledge of electrical systems installation, construction, operation
• LTSA expertise with supply chain, manufacturing, and industrial background
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer relationships for operating assets and customer accounts in PV and BESS
• Establish, implement, and maintain a robust customer escalation program for warranty matters
• Engage with internal departments to validate warranty claims and drive faster solutions
• Lead cross-company teams to manage high-impact customer claims and corrective actions
• Communicate with customers to provide periodic updates and manage expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams and supply chain to ensure warranty claims are addressed per contracts
• Manage LTSA and budget, monitor deliverables with PM and Service BD teams
• Identify LI risks and escalate to management
• Engage with customers on spare parts, training, and uptime improvements
