Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Service Contract Management Specialist to lead contract development and management across North America. You will serve as the primary interface with clients, partnering with Service and Sales to optimize processes and ensure accurate pricing and documentation.

The role focuses on managing MSAs/ISAs, negotiating terms, and overseeing the complete contract lifecycle, with remote or hybrid work options in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract administration or equivalent.
• Experience with service contracts in renewable energy is a plus.
• Willing to travel for on-site support with the Sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain databases for service contract components.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales to improve processes for efficiency.
• Review MSAs and ISAs with clients.
• Negotiate non-standard terms with Sales.
• Oversee full contract cycle from drafting to finalization.
• Ensure service scopes and pricing reflect in SOW and exhibits.
• Review subcontractor agreements and warranty amendments.
