Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) is seeking a Warranty Manager - EPC to oversee warranty operations for large-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will support the Director of EPC Warranty with cross-functional coordination among Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

The role requires 5–8 years in EPC warranty or related fields, strong technical knowledge of solar components, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of EPC project delivery or warranty management experience.
• Familiarity with EPC contract structures and warranty terms.
• Strong technical understanding of solar/renewable energy components.
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel, and database systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of warranty claims from intake to closeout.
• Maintain detailed claim logs and communications using approved systems.
• Coordinate site inspections and technical evaluations for claim validation.
• Prepare claim packages and correspondence to Owners and OEMs.
• Track warranty performance metrics, timelines, and costs across projects.
• Interpret contract warranties and advise on coverage and obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve claims.
