Responsibilities

• Lead contract management strategies and create compliant processes.
• Maintain databases for service contracts and exhibits.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales to capture best practices and improve efficiency.
• Address terms in MSAs/ISAs with clients and finalize non-standard terms.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from drafting to approval and finalization.
• Coordinate with Service/Maintenance for long-term service needs.
• Validate pricing reflected in statements of work and exhibits.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements and amend warranty docs.
• Ensure approvals for custom scopes and changes to standard offers.
• Handle disputes, claims, and terminations proactively.
