Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in energy storage or solar experience.
• 3+ years in a project management role in relevant industries.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; LTSA knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive warranty claims and service work programs across cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer communications, manage expectations, and oversee P&L for service projects.
• Validate warranty claims with internal departments; coordinate expedient resolutions.
• Drive cost recovery for out-of-warranty work and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor LTSA deliverables with planning/scheduling teams and Service BD.
• Provide progress reporting, analysis, and insights to reduce warranty costs.
