Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp, a leading solar and energy storage EPC provider, seeks a Warranty Manager to lead warranty operations across utility-scale projects. You will support the Director of EPC Warranty and ensure warranty obligations are met efficiently and in line with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate combines technical, commercial, and operational expertise to manage claims from initiation to resolution, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Legal, and Finance as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in EPC delivery, warranty management or contract administration.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, warranty terms, and claims processes.
• Technical knowledge of solar or renewable energy components such as modules and inverters.
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel, and database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Warranty administration from intake to closeout across projects.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and communications using company systems.
• Coordinate site inspections and evaluations with field personnel.
• Prepare claim packages and correspondence to Owners and OEMs.
• Develop warranty metrics, reports, and trend analyses.
• Assist in standardizing warranty requirements across EPC agreements.
