Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level III to maintain the physical condition of the community and respond to service requests with timely repairs. The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety-focused tasks performed to high standards.

You will inspect apartments, assist with budgeting and inventories, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Multi-family housing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general duties, preventive maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and more.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, excellent customer service.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for quality.
• Routinely inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards.
• Assist in maintenance budget prep and inventory management.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with laws, Fair Housing regulations.
• Address other duties as assigned.
• Align work with Mill Creek mission, values and brand.
