Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III in San Antonio, TX to support maintenance of multifamily assets. You will perform repairs, appliance work, and make-readies, while contributing to preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager and Service Manager, manage tool inventory, and respond to resident requests. A strong safety mindset and reliable teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills required to perform job functions.
• Regular manual, task-oriented work under minimal supervision and task prioritization.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize service requests and assist in monitoring completion within company standards.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for apartments and common areas.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inventory management.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety compliance per OSHA and company policies.
• Support on-call rotation and respond to resident requests as needed.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Community Manager to schedule work.
