Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Technician III in Houston, TX to support maintenance, repairs, and make-readies across assigned properties. You will oversee asset upkeep, handle preventive maintenance, and assist in construction or rehabilitation tasks under the Service Manager and Community Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA 608 HVAC or universal certification preferred.
• Own hand tools and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and appliance repairs and make-readies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance per BH guidelines.
• Respond to service requests and safety hazards.
• Schedule make-readies and coordinate with the Service Manager.
