Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to oversee maintenance and repairs for multifamily properties. You will perform HVAC and appliance repairs, assist with make-readies, and help manage preventive maintenance programs to keep units move-in ready.

The role requires OSHA awareness, at least three years of maintenance experience, and the use of personal hand tools. On-call duties and safe operation of equipment are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• EPA 608 Type I, II, or Universal certification required.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and appliance repairs.
• Own basic industry hand tools and be able to operate with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and appliance repairs, and support make-readies for move-ins.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and daily upkeep of exterior grounds and common areas.
• Identify hazardous conditions and report to the Community/Service Manager.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on weekly make-ready schedules.
• Follow OSHA and safety guidelines when performing maintenance tasks.
