Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III to join our Property Management team in Oklahoma City. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes, performing preventative maintenance and responding to service requests with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include diagnosing complex issues, repairing or replacing components, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations quickly to resolve service requests with excellent customer service.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Report major repairs prior to expenditures.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Complete service requests timely and maintain attendance.
• Interact with residents and vendors professionally.
