Job summary

Loftware is seeking a Senior Service Solutions Analyst to partner with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Delivery to scope and position services offerings that accelerate customer outcomes and drive bookings. This hands-on role translates customer requirements into clear solution approaches, estimates, and high-quality SOWs while aligning sold vs delivered work.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Service Sales Organization and collaborates with Sales, Services Sales leadership, Delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services solutioning, solution consulting, delivery management, business analysis, or a related customer-facing role in enterprise software/SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with prospects/customers to understand business objectives and success criteria.
• Translate requirements into a services solution approach (phases, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies).
• Develop effort estimates and resource models with Delivery Managers and Technical Consultants.
