Omnigo Software LLC is seeking a Professional Services Solutions Architect (Remote). This role sits at the intersection of sales, delivery, and technology, shaping scalable solutions, responding to RFPs, and defining implementation scope.

In this hybrid/remote position, you will collaborate with Sales during pre‑sales, design REST API and SSO integrations, and guide post‑sale delivery with Professional Services. Excellent communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS environment with enterprise or mid‑market
• Customer-facing technical role experience (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant)
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data migration; identity management & SSO concepts
• Experience drafting or reviewing SOWs
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable responding to RFPs

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales during sales cycles to guide solution design and integration considerations
• Participate in client discovery to understand business goals and technical environments
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with clear, scalable responses
• Explain solution capabilities, integration options, and deployment approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies early in the sales process
