Job summary

Eaton ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Senior Service Sales Engineer to join the Lenexa, KS area. You will sell Eaton's electrical services to industrial, utility, commercial, data center and institutional customers in the region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering technical sales support.

You will collaborate with distributors, end users, contractors and internal teams to grow service revenue, develop market strategies and present competitive quotations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum three years of commercial or technical experience
• Valid driver's license required
• No relocation benefits; within 50-mile radius of Lenexa, KS
• Export-controlled information requires U.S. person status

Responsibilities

• Sell Eaton's electrical services to industrial, utility, commercial, data center and institutional customers in the target market area
• Manage customer relationships and provide sales support and technical expertise to distributors, end users, contractors and specifiers
• Collaborate with internal operations and product lines to support customers and grow sales
• Consult with customers across market verticals to provide solutions to problems
• Maintain regional responsibility for services orders activity in Eaton's market segments
• Train and empower channel partners and manufacturing agents to sell services
• Become SME on services offering for the sales organization and coach others
• Act as voice of the customer to services operations and marketing teams to ensure high service levels
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to inform growth strategies
• Prepare and present quotations to customers
• Develop market-based growth strategies for service product lines
