Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER NAS division seeks a Senior Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue in large-scale data centers. You will own engagement from opportunity identification through scope, proposal, and order capture, leading technical and commercial efforts.

Based near Manassas, VA or Hanover, MD, you will coordinate with TAS, FSEs and DOC teams to deliver executable, uptime-focused service solutions while expanding annual service agreements and multi-year programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience with Bachelor's degree or seven (7) years of field service or electrical industry experience with high school diploma
• Possess a valid driver's license
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Manassas, VA or Hanover, MD will be considered.
• Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. Responsibilities

• Own service sales strategy for existing data center campuses operating in live environments
• Identify and qualify Brownfield opportunities related to preventive & predictive maintenance, emergency response, troubleshooting and corrective repair
• Lead job walks, site assessments and Brownfield discovery sessions while facilities remain energized
• Translate complex electrical conditions into clear, value-based service scopes aligned to customer risk, uptime and compliance
• Maintain accurate quoting activity in Salesforce and deliver monthly sales forecasts
• Develop and present customer proposals in collaboration with the Technical Application Support team
• Collaborate with Eaton Engineering Services, field service engineers, DOC teams and Project Operations to ensure executable solutions
