Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Service Project Manager to oversee Service Project Managers and all project aspects, ensuring costs, field labor, subcontractors/vendors, and safe, on-time delivery under budget.

The role demands leadership in planning, coordinating trades, and maintaining project ethics, quality, and compliance with codes and requirements. You will drive meetings, manage change orders, and deliver comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience in plumbing.
• 10+ years of verifiable project management experience with a mechanical subcontractor in commercial HVAC and plumbing.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (e.g., university buildings).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry knowledge and awareness of competitors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Project Managers and project lifecycle responsibilities.
• Champion of project safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure projects meet code, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Plan and coordinate trades to meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor relations, change orders, and cost control.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reviews and financial reports.
