Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Plumber III to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install complex commercial plumbing systems across facilities nationwide. You will lead service calls, mentor junior plumbers, and ensure code-compliant, safe, and reliable systems in hospitals, schools, offices, and industrial sites.

You should have 5+ years of hands-on commercial plumbing, a journeyman license, and strong knowledge of hydronic, domestic water, drainage, and medgas systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on commercial plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance.
• Journeyman plumber license required; backflow certification preferred.
• Medical gas certification (if applicable) and clean driving record expected.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex commercial plumbing systems.
• Lead service calls from start to finish, coordinating parts/materials and communicating timelines.
• Perform advanced service and installation work including fixture replacements and leak repairs.
• Provide daily guidance and training to junior plumbers; ensure safety and quality standards.
