Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Plumber III to operate as a journeyman-level expert in commercial plumbing service across hospitals, schools, offices, industrial sites, and multi-family buildings. Mastery of hydronic, domestic water, drainage, medical gas, and related systems enables you to diagnose, repair, and install with code-compliant solutions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Progressive hands-on commercial plumbing service experience is required.
• Journeyman license, backflow certification preferred, medical gas certification optional.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for complex systems with independence.
• Ability to mentor junior plumbers and lead service calls
• Commitment to safety, code compliance, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex commercial plumbing systems.
• Lead service calls from start to finish with clear customer communication.
• Perform advanced service and installation work including fixtures and piping.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to extend system life.
• Document activities and mentor Levels I–II plumbers
