Modigent is seeking a senior Plumber IV to lead complex commercial plumbing projects, supervise crews, and ensure top-quality installations and safety on site. You will interpret advanced plans, troubleshoot challenging issues, and mentor junior plumbers across diverse sites.

The role emphasizes leadership, precision, and adherence to codes and safety standards in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive commercial plumbing experience with mastery of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and system commissioning with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to plan and execute high-quality work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve difficult plumbing issues, including high-pressure systems and code compliance challenges.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior plumbers on the job site.
• Oversee portions of projects, coordinate with other trades, ensure codes and customer expectations are met.
