Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive commercial plumbing experience.
- Journeyman plumbing license required or ability to obtain promptly.
- OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on active construction sites.
- Safety-sensitive position on site with adherence to codes.
Responsibilities
- Perform journeyman-level commercial plumbing tasks on complex systems.
- Read blueprints and project drawings to execute work accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues with minimal supervision.
- Mentor junior plumbers on the job site.
- Ensure work meets codes, standards, and project specs.
- Complete paperwork, as-builts, and documentation timely.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote safety culture.
