Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college or trade school required.
• 8+ years in a responsible position within the heavy equipment service industry.
• 1+ years sales experience.
• 3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 5+ years technical or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports receive tooling, training and direction to perform duties.
• Coordinate annual objectives with supervisor and implement programs to meet them.
• Develop and manage the annual department budget.
• Provide reports for Sales, Engineering and other areas.
• Implement policies for production operations with supervisor.
