Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Colorado is seeking a Crushing and Screening Manager to lead the division’s safe, efficient operation and profitability. You will oversee budgets, staffing, and safety programs while aligning with Wagner’s values.

The role requires extensive experience in heavy equipment services, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-departmentally to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college or trade school preferred.
• 8+ years in a responsible position within the heavy equipment service industry.
• 1+ years sales experience.
• 3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 5+ years technical or mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Crushing and Screening business at Wagner Equipment.
• Develop and manage sales, service, and parts budgets.
• Assist in development of marketing and strategic plans for the crushing sales area.
• Ensure reporting and metrics are maintained for Sales, Service and Parts.
• Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and tools for project installations.
