Job summary

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy machinery, coach junior techs, and coordinate with customers and the service team to ensure timely solutions. Candidates should have 5+ years in heavy equipment service, strong electrical/hydraulic knowledge, and ability to handle field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing heavy equipment.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains truck and crane inspection logs daily.
• Completes CAT service reports daily with proper SIMS code.
• Communicates with customers on diagnosis and repairs, parts, and concerns.
• Promotes Wagner Equipment Co. to customers.
• Teaches and coaches other technicians in the field.
