Job summary

W.W. Williams seeks a Service Advisor in Albuquerque, NM to support technicians and manage a profitable service department. You will staff efficiently, ensure customer satisfaction, control costs, and set objectives to drive service activity, ensuring work meets customer expectations.

The role emphasizes coordinating with customers, quoting prices, and maintaining clear communications throughout the service cycle. Will require 3+ years in heavy-duty/diesel environments and solid Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a heavy duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer by phone or in person to determine concerns and needs with professionalism.
• Matches customer needs with products and services and maximizes satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Liaison between customers and shop personnel to determine work, quote prices and terms with accuracy; obtain authorization to proceed.
