Job summary

DoorDash Labs is seeking a seasoned Service Operations Leader for the PHX market, overseeing PM-shift technicians to maximize uptime. You’ll collaborate with Service Engineering on tooling needs and manage local SOP adherence, workloads, and parts flow.

You’ll drive KPI tracking, mentor technicians, and ensure smooth handoffs with the AM team, while maintaining safety and operational excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in service operations, field service, or technical operations.
• 2+ years leading service technicians or field teams.
• Strong experience with work orders systems and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, throughput, SLA).
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving results through others.
• Experience scaling operations, launching new markets, or infrastructure buildouts.
• Exposure to robotics or autonomous systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM-shift team of technicians to maximize uptime across Operations assets.
• Partner with Service Engineering on tooling/jig needs for field deployments.
• Track technician productivity and shift handoffs between AM and PM teams.
• Maintain adherence to Service SOPs and parts flow at local level.
• Oversee shift handoffs, escalations, and KPI variances.
