Job summary

PALFINGER in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Service Manager for TMF product lines to lead service excellence across North America. You will act as the senior escalation point for complex service and technical issues while driving standards, dealer performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Warranty, Parts, Training, and Sales to implement improvements, oversee a growing team of Service Managers, and ensure readiness for new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or 8–10 years of equivalent service-operations experience.
• Proven experience leading managers and service teams to drive performance and customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation point for TMF service and technical issues across North America.
• Lead and develop a team of Service Managers with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate resolution of complex service, quality, and warranty issues with Engineering, Parts, Warranty, Training, and Sales teams.
• Promote PALFINGER service standards across dealer and service partner networks with best practices and scalable processes.
• Analyze service data and field feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
