Job summary

Environmental Solutions Group in Fort Payne, AL, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department, oversee TPM and repair programs, and maximize equipment availability within budget.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage Megamation and L2L software, read blueprints and electrical diagrams, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience including supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant maintenance systems and electrical/hydraulic/CNC/PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety and environmental compliance and lead safety metrics and training.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise TPM and repair programs to maximize unit availability within budget.
• Oversee Megamation and L2L software tracking and reporting; coordinate with other departments and contractors.
• Lead and develop maintenance personnel and coordinate major overhaul activities.
