Job summary

This office-based role includes some remote work or travel; the position is salaried and exempt. Strong organizational and communication skills, safety focus, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED; PMP cert is a plus but not required.
• 2–5 years of field service management experience, preferably HVAC/plumbing/electrical/construction or handyman work.
• Experience with service management software/CMMS for dispatching, tracking work orders, inventory and invoicing.
• MS Office skills; Excel and Outlook familiarity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field service operations of 10–15 remote technicians across a wide territory.
• Plan, dispatch, and monitor service orders; ensure 100% completion before invoicing.
• Coordinate with project manager, procurement, technicians and clients; prepare quotes and plan scope.
• Maintain safety-first culture; ensure PPE and safety training; report incidents.
