MSB Resources, LLC, Audubon, PA-based multifamily operator, seeks a Service Manager to lead maintenance teams at a garden-style community. This hands-on leadership role focuses on timely work orders, preventive maintenance, and capital projects oversight.

The ideal candidate has Service Manager or Maintenance Supervisor experience across 300+ units, HVAC/EPA certification, valid driver's license, and a track record of building high-performing teams while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Prior Service Manager or Maintenance Supervisor experience required.
• Experience managing 300+ units.
• HVAC/EPA certification required.
• Multifamily property experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of maintenance technicians and groundskeeping staff.
• Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring work orders are completed within established turnaround standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and respond to the complex maintenance needs of an established property.
• Support ongoing capital improvement projects.
