Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee open service jobs and preventative maintenance for occupied homes within a defined area. You will lead field teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely, high-quality work while maintaining strong resident relations.

The role requires 5+ years in service/maintenance management, EPA refrigerants certification, and a valid driver's license. Flexibility for after-hours work and occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multifamily or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to work flexible hours including some weekends/evenings.
• Experience coordinating vendors/sub-contractors and managing large scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee open service jobs and preventative maintenance for occupied homes.
• Lead and mentor assigned area team and coordinate with vendors.
• Review schedules, vendor pricing, and invoices; ensure timely resolutions and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and HUD/Housing Authority requirements.
• Carry out semi-annual inspections and maintain relationships with Housing Authorities.
