BH Management, LLC seeks a Service Manager to lead maintenance and service operations for occupied homes and across assigned markets. You will drive open service jobs, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination while ensuring high resident satisfaction and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in service/maintenance management in multifamily or related sectors, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing service, operations and maintenance in multi-family, single family, military housing or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certified to handle refrigerants.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Manage service jobs to provide outstanding customer service and timely resolution to resident requests.
• Oversee vendor management and pricing; review invoices for completed work.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and HUD/HQS requirements.
• Lead and develop service team with performance management and training.
