Qualifications

• At least 4 years in a Service Desk role.
• U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or higher.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier support to end users for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.
• Coordinate with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development to restore service and fix core problems.
• Reproduce user problems to diagnose operating issues and verify resolution.
• Suggest system modifications to reduce user problems.
• Perform fault isolation and diagnostic actions in real time.
