Link Solutions, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist (Intermediate/Senior) to join a team supporting government IT operations.

The role provides Tier II technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts, and enterprise Microsoft technologies in a secure environment. The successful candidate will have 4+ years (intermediate) or 8+ years (senior) of enterprise IT experience, active DoD Secret Clearance, and DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II

Qualifications

• Four (4+) years of experience in enterprise IT environments, preferably Help Desk/Service Desk.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required for this role.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
• Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and enterprise user environments.
• Baseline certification required within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II service desk support via email, Teams, phone, and walk-ins.
• Collaborate with PM and technical teams to implement improvements.
• Record, prioritize, and track service requests through resolution.
• Route tickets to appropriate teams and ensure timely communication.
• Support Active Directory user accounts and access requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues.
• Document issues and maintain knowledge base and SOPs.
• Support VIP users and mission-critical systems with high service quality.
