Job summary

Ziba Design Inc. is seeking a senior service designer who thrives on shaping new services and transforming customer experiences.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to envision concepts for diverse clients, using ethnographic and participatory methods to drive all aspects of service design. You will lead cross-functional sessions, analyze metrics, and create prototypes and testing plans for client validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in core service design methods and processes.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in at least one practice area (UX, design research, service design, or design strategy).
• Ability and desire to work in all phases of the design process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods.
• Analyze service metrics data to inform design solutions.
• Lead design work sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Create service concepts, prototypes, and systems, and design testing plans for validation with clients and the Ziba team.
• Design for both the target user experience and the client’s ability to implement.
