Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Service Design/Experience Lead to transform how organizations create value by aligning human needs with business strategy. You will own end-to-end service design engagements with Fortune 500 clients, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and building a scalable design practice within Launch.

You will mentor junior designers, expand service design offerings across industries such as healthcare and government, and contribute to business development through strong portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering, or related. MBA/MS a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, product, or innovation consulting.
• 10+ years of experience with business acumen and financial analysis.
• 10+ years of experience with service design tools (e.g., service blueprinting).
• 10+ years of experience with Agile, JTBD, Design Thinking, Lean Start‑Up.
• 10+ years of expertise with analytical chops and storytelling with PPT/Migro/Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
• Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and align across business units.
• Mentor junior designers and grow the service design practice.
• Collaborate across design disciplines to inform brand narratives and scalable product experiences.
• Develop opportunities within existing client relationships and contribute to new business development.
