Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business, design, engineering, or related. MBA/MS a plus.
• 10+ years of strategy, product, or innovation consulting experience.
• 10+ years of business design toolset: BMC/Lean Canvas, TAM/SAM/SOM, service blueprinting.
• 10+ years of Agile, JTBD, Design Thinking, Lean Startup experience.
• 10+ years of experience with analytics and storytelling (PPT, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise digital ecosystems and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service design engagements with Fortune 500 clients and lead project teams.
• Expand service design into healthcare, government, and other growth sectors; craft compelling proposals for sales opportunities.
• Design end-to-end service ecosystems spanning digital and physical touchpoints to drive measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align service insights with brand narratives and scalable experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and expand client relationships through portfolio development and thought leadership.
