Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Lead Visual & Emerging Designer to join our Launch by NTT DATA practice. This remote role supports US and Canada with a focus on cross-channel experience strategies and high-fidelity visual deliverables.

You will lead visual direction, mentor designers, and collaborate with product, strategy, and engineering to create on-brand experiences, leveraging AI-assisted tools while maintaining accessibility and craft across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in visual or product design.
• Experience with design systems and visual language development.
• Strong ability to present concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to drive strategy, execution, and storytelling in projects.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction on client engagements and set quality standards.
• Deliver premium visual design work across priority engagements.
• Coach designers and critique across teams to raise craft.
• Use storytelling and prototypes to sell ideas and secure buy-in.
• Collaborate with product managers, strategy leads, and engineering to translate visuals into usable solutions.
• Incorporate AI and emerging tools responsibly into workflows.
