Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Operations Team Lead to guide a Service Delivery / Quality Manager and ensure quality control across the program. The role emphasizes risk management, continuous improvement, and operational oversight across multiple sites and contracts.

The candidate will collect and report program data, maintain the Risk Register, and support PMO initiatives while coordinating with site leads and customers.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor a program team to maintain quality control and assurance.
• Manage risk and drive continuous improvement across the program.
• Monitor program timelines, alarm data, and site status; report to leadership.
• Coordinate SOP development, reviews, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Prepare briefing materials and minutes; track actions and progress.
• Engage with sites and technical leads and support business development efforts.
