Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA degree and 8–10 years of related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Ability to lead quality planning, compliance and inspection processes.
• Experience coordinating with program management, government technical staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements with project managers and stakeholders; provide leadership and guidance on continuous improvements to exceed performance objectives, reduce costs, and optimize schedule.
• Maintain and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure compliance with local policies, practices, and procedures to support QMP requirements.
• Interface with program/project management, Government staff, and customers to provide status and determine resolution actions; conduct safety briefings as needed.
• Develop QA inspection processes to ensure the organization can consistently deliver required performance.
