Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Mission Assurance/Quality Manager to oversee quality across an IDIQ program within the PMO. You will design and enforce a robust quality management framework, ensure SDLC, Agile/SAFe, and DevSecOps practices meet stringent standards, and drive continuous improvement through audits, RCA, and CAPAs.

You will partner with program management to define acceptance criteria, develop dashboards, and report metrics to leadership and the customer,

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience is required.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering and quality assurance experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams with strategic initiatives.
• Experience architecting and executing large-scale manual-to-automation transformations.
• Deep expertise with automation tooling, CI/CD integration, and testing multi-tier architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve the program's quality management approach across task orders.
• Define quality criteria for SDLC, Agile/SAFe, and DevSecOps processes.
• Lead or support RCA and CAPAs for significant defects or outages.
• Provide quality dashboards and narratives to PMO and customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate quality reviews and ensure alignment of quality standards across orders.
