Qualifications

• 3 years accounting experience.
• 3 years with ERP experience.
• 2+ years supporting customers in service delivery or call-center environments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all processes and related systems.
• Manage complex reporting including forecasting, budget, and time/hour reporting.
• Ensure client responsibilities align with SOW and SLA.
• Act as a point of contact for senior client representatives.
• Identify issues, develop action plans, and communicate resolutions.
• Engage in networking to expand group capabilities.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and proactive communication.
• Document, escalate, and track incidents; leverage AI and digital tools to improve outcomes.
