Barclays is seeking a Service Control Manager to oversee IT service delivery, incident response, and change governance from the Whippany, NJ office. You will coordinate across infrastructure and applications, drive improvements in resilience, and report on service performance to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading incident response, monitoring platforms, and ensuring regulatory alignment while maintaining strong collaboration with technology and business partners.

Competenze

• Experience resolving multifaceted operational issues through systematic assessment and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of event monitoring tools and practices within enterprise technology environments.
• Ability to assess service impact, prioritize actions, and coordinate effective resolution during service disruptions.

Mansioni

• Execute service delivery across Operations and Technology (O&T) production functions, including incident triage, escalation, event management, change management and batch processing.
• Manage and resolve service requests, incidents and problems prioritized by severity to minimize IT service disruption.
• Analyze and improve service delivery processes, identify blocks, implement automation, and ensure regulatory alignment in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed reports on service performance and trends, sharing findings to support decision making and security awareness.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with business and technology teams to align service delivery and communication.
